Probably the most famous geometric dissection; the Haberdasher's Problem was made famous by mathematical puzzler and writer Henry Dudeney. He challenged readers to transform a triangle into a square using the fewest number of pieces possible. That turned out to be just 4 pieces. Made of laser cut, stacked, and glued layers of Baltic birch plywood.
